John, I am sorry to hear that but don't get upset. Brad may have had a bad

Hello Team,
I just took the mock lab. It is around $600. Just to let you know they use
2500's on their racks. And many times the router would have to freeze and
you would have to log into an apc and reboot the router, this was a major
headache when trying to complete an exam. Also I did not receive any
feedback. I called and spoke to Brad Ellis and he said I did not do well,
hung up on me and said he had to go. I though I was supposed to get a 15
minute review today with the reviewer of the exam? What kind of customer
