Hi yuki,
if i'm not wrong, then there is nothing called port 0. you can take a look
at rfc 1700 http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1700.html.
Now what you might have is the log from cisco routers have shown port 0. in
Cisco this mean you have access list that deny the traffic on the ip level.
Try to rewrite the access list with using tcp or udp keyword to see the
correct denied ports.
