Hi Everybody,
When two Ethernet ports of a Router are configured for Bridging and both the
ports are connected to the same switch, shouldn't one of the ports of the
switch be in spanning-tree blocking state (Ports on the router have a lower
priority) ??? When I was trying a LAB, I connected the ports as shown below by
mistake, I couldn't figure out why all the ports (i.e 2 router ports and 2
switch ports) were in forwarding state ..... Am I missing something simple and
totally stupid ??

The configuration on the switch (3550) is factory default (Int VLAN1 -->
Shutdown, All ports on VLAN1)
