There is a new feature in 12.2(4)T for frame relay traffic shaping.
It's shaping for interface congestion. You can find it at link:

unfortunately I wasz unable to run this feature. When I enter this commands:
map-class frame-relay QOS
frame-relay adaptive-shaping interface-congestion 10
exit
and do the "show run" the command is not visible. What am I doing wrong?
I tried with CIR and MinCIR set also.
I have 12.2(15)T11 software.
