Howdy,
If you want to get a more exact answer with having to wonder if you're
rounding correctly. Use this formula.
1000 ms = 1 second; therefore 32 ms = 32/1000 (where 125ms would be
125/1000)
5000000 * (32/1000) = 160000000/1000 = 160000
Here are the general formals
CIR= Bc * Tc
Bc= CIR * Tc
Tc= Bc/CIR
If you're good at algebra. You can just remember one formula, because
they're all equal.

bc 5000000/32 = 156250 rounded= ~160000
be 2500000/32 = 78125 rounded = ~80000
Calculated in the same fashion as FRTS.
