catalyst 3550 strange behavoir

Hi, I have cat3550 configured for ACL inbound traffic in a vlan interface.

The strange thing is that ACL is configured for deny icmp packet from
one vlan to another vlan,
I can still ping.

Did anyone had the same symptom?
