policy routing & ip cef

Policy routing does not require IP CEF, however the doc CD does mention that
since 12.x.x IP CEF is included for Policy based routing.

The BIG question is..Do I turn on IP CEF for the LAB or NOT? Both ways are
correct....

Which would be the more correct of the 2?
