I attended the IPExpert v-class about 2 months ago, it is the same as attending the actual boot camp. The delivery method is excellent. The labs covered in the bootcamp are different from the labs in the IPEpert workbook. The class is given by Scott Morris and you get a student handbook with the class, which is very detailed. I had a rack assigned to me and I had no problems what-so-ever with access to the rack or latency issues, however I am on cable modem.

I was given all materials that are necessary for the v-class, just as you would in the actual "live" bootcamp. Scott was available to answer all questions during the lab time. The lectures varied anywhere from 5 - 7 hours a day, then the lab exercises took about 5 - 7 hours a day. The last day was a mock lab, with Scott acting as the protcor. This gave me a definite feel of the what the real lab was like. As a matter of fact, the v-class labs were actually more difficult than the real lab itself, as is the later labs in the IPExpert workbook.
