Router config:
class-map match-all voicecontrol
  match ip dscp af31
 class-map match-all voicebearer
  match ip dscp ef
!
!
 policy-map voicepolicy
  class voicebearer
   priority percent 8
  class voicecontrol
   bandwidth percent 1
   class class-default
   fair-queue
Apply this on all ethernet (uplink) interface
service-policy output voicepolicy
Switch Cnfig :
policy-map autoqos-voip-policy
  class class-default
 dbl
Apply this on lan interfaces:
qos trust device cisco-phone
 qos trust cos
 service-policy output autoqos-voip-policy
 auto qos voip cisco-phone
 tx-queue 3
   priority high
   shape percent 33
Let me know if this works or not.
