hmm - yes - you would HOPE that, wouldn't you :)

i'd make the decision based on the wording of the question - if it says
block an address, then block an address... if it says block a network or
range, then block a network or range...

my main issue is that, while 127.0.0.1 is the reserved loopback address on
microsoft boxes, it is also the reserved loopback address on every other
ip stack... the wording "microsoft reserved loopback address" is
misleading.
