I wouldn't do 100% on a production network.
192 + 460 + 40 + 200 + 300 = 1192
1192/1540 = .774 = 77.4%
therefore "max-reserved-bandwidth 78" would suffice.
Why fragmented with a link speed of 18 Mbps? even with a MTU of 4470, the
serialization delay is 2 ms. Also, doesn't real time video also need LLC?
