I would guess that it is the -a option.... In redhat enterprise v3 it is 
-r option , look around mac lists to see what network setting allows it 
to accept from the network , I am sure this is your issue....... Please 
let us know when you figure what switch it is , as I am a mac closet fan 
myself..... ;)
