Sorry for the OT, but I have no where else to turn...

Please note this is not a "slam email". This is just an exited end user,
looking to give it 1 more try, before throwing in the towel on this company.

If anybody on the list works for Vonage, can you please contact me off list?
   I am trying to get the new service to work, and can't get anywhere with
1st level tech support. I will give you details, if you email me off list.
