I was wondering if anybody would like to swap experiences of trying to
get an IOS router to use Win2000 CEP services for issuing certificates.
I'm using a clean build of Win2K SP4 with all the MS patches applied and
have verified that the server will issue certificates using a standard
web browser. But when I try to get the router to authenticate I get an
"HTTP/1.1 404 object Not Found" error. I'm using an enrolment url of
http://server_ip:80/certsrv/mscep/mscep.dll
<http://server_ip/certsrv/mscep/mscep.dll>
I have tried configuring a third router as an IOS CA Server and the
authentication and enrolment works perfectly with the IOS CA.
Has anybody else managed to get an MS CA to work properly?
Regards,
Chris.
