Technically, if you wanted to do 50, you don't need to configure the command
at all, since that is the default value. The percentage is based on the
configured bandwidth of the interface. If the bandwidth on the interface
was set to a value lower than the actual interface bandwidth, you can use a
value greater than 100%.
Example- if you have a 64K serial connection that is configured with
'bandwidth 16', you could configure the bandwidth percent to 200, and EIGRP
could use up to 32K.
I doubt that anyone would ever actually need a percentage of 99 Million.

does anyone know why this command goes from 1-99999999? i know it's
supposed to be percent and i imagine that if you wanted to do 50% your would
just do "50"....so what are all the placeholder for?
