Thanks for the replies,
=========================
Are you logging dialer ?
=========================
Yes, it is.
========================
Try rebooting the router and see if it helps.
====================
I reload the routers R2 and R5 and nothing changed. I asked the lab vendor
guy to reload the ISDN simulator, but I did not get a response yet.
I removed all configs, tested with just one dialer string, and the message
stopped:
r5#sh dialer
BRI0/0 - dialer type = ISDN
Dial String Successes Failures Last DNIS Last status
0 incoming call(s) have been screened.
0 incoming call(s) rejected for callback.
BRI0/0:1 - dialer type = ISDN
Idle timer (never), Fast idle timer (20 secs)
Wait for carrier (30 secs), Re-enable (15 secs)
Dialer state is data link layer up
Interface bound to profile Di25
Current call connected 00:00:51
Connected to 8358661 (r2)
BRI0/0:2 - dialer type = ISDN
Idle timer (never), Fast idle timer (20 secs)
Wait for carrier (30 secs), Re-enable (15 secs)
Dialer state is multilink member
Interface bound to profile Di25
Current call connected 00:00:20
Connected to 8358661 (r2)
Di25 - dialer type = DIALER PROFILE
Load threshold for dialing additional calls is 1
Idle timer (never), Fast idle timer (20 secs)
r5#sh deb
Dial on demand:
  Dial on demand events debugging is on
I will add the second dialer string to check if it changes the result.
Cordially,

RE: ISDN Maximum allowed call
I've seen this (false) error before with PPP authentication to
AAA. Try rebooting the router and see if it helps.
