not strictly lab related but thought it was interesting enough to ask this

Model cisco 827 and cisco 837 running various versions of 12.2 YN IOS 
The CPU output is implying the cpu is constantly runing at 100% and yet 
there is no resource taken that amount and none of my services are affected! 
I cant find any bug relating to this but need to find a fix as its 
distorting my grahpical view. 
I have raised this with my supplier but was intereted to see if anyone else 
had come across this before
