ISIS interpretation question #2

I have a question for the group also regarding ISIS. On the lab, it tells
you to use network xxxx.
Of course, you'd use 'net xxxx' under router isis. Question is, should I be
converting the xxxx to hex and then use it in 'net <xxxx converted to hex>'
?

These little nuances always gets me.
