DHCP Snooping and IP souce guard

I have a catalyst 4507,I'm setting DHCP snooping and IP souce guard
to bounding IP addreee + MAC address + port, but I found I can not ping and
telnet
after setting, is there any notifications on DHCP snooping and IP source guard
setting
at same time ?
