Most likely you will have to use the mode button on the front of the
switch to reset the password. There is a way to use a break sequence if
you have the following:

1. "service password-recovery" is enabled in the startup configuration
2. "boot enable-break" command is enabled in startup

You have to have both of these in order to use a break sequence to
recover. Whether you use break or the mode command you will still need
to use the following once in rommon:

1. flash_init
2. load_helper
3. rename or delete config.text file in flash
4. reset
