ip ospf network point-to-point
OSPF will treat loopbacks as stub networks, and as such advertise them as
/32's. By changing the network type you will change the manner by which the
loopback will be advertised.
Obviously the loopback address will need a /24 mask in the first instance

Trying to figure out a way to advertise the loopback interface into
ospf as /24 route without using the "ip ospf network" command or
redistribute connected.
