lock and key

Hi everyone
 
I am trying to configure lock and key following is my topology.
 
 
R1 ----s0 R6 e0------ Sw1
 
I want sw1 users to use lock and key feature which works fine but I want R1 should be able to telnet to R6 which is not working because of autocommand enable under line vty.
 
Following is my config.
 
access-list 130 permit tcp any host 144.144.6.6 eq telnet
access-list 130 dynamic mytestlist timeout 120 permit ip any any
 
int e0
ip access-group 130 in
 

line vty 0 4

login local

autocommand access-enable timeout 5

Does any one know how to give telnet access to R6 from R1
