John,
Disabling inverse-ARP has nothing to do with learning a DLCI
from the Frame Relay switch. I did hear of another vendor's material
that stated it does but I can tell you that it doesn't. If you have any
doubts just lab it up.

Subject: Re: Dynamic PVC creation in Frame relay Switch
if you have a frame-relay switch already configured with the pvc and you
assign the dlci's to the local frame interface, the local router will,
by
default, advertise the dlci out that interface. any router that
receives
the advertisement for that dlci will automatically create a pvc by
default
unless you specify "no frame inverse-arp dlci" <i think i got that
right..>

Hello Friends,
I know that we can create PVC statically in FR Switch using
"frame-relay
route" interface command. But need to know is there a way to create it
dynamically.
 Any help will be appreciated.
 Thanks
