If you enable "debug atm sig-events" and you attempt to make an SVC
call and the other end is not active you will see the below in the debug
messages:
ATMSIG_API:(ATM1/0 0,57 - 0022/00): (vcnum:24)cause = no route to
destination, location = Private Network, diag1 = 136
That is what you would see on the calling router. If you want to troubleshoot
within the provider core it depends on the ATM switches.
