Sometimes you can get it to clear by shutting down the interface, but I have
noticed that the best (and sure way) to clear it is by the reboot.

Subject: Frame Relay PVC bindings
Was working on a frame relay config today.
Using p2p subinterfaces.
I got confused and assigned the DLCIs the wrong way round, e.g.
s0/0.1 point-to-point
fram int 324
s0/0.2 point-to-point
fram int 325
Not that it matters a huge amount, but I wanted the dlcis the other way
around.
So, I did
s0/0.1
no fram int 324
s0/0.2
no fram int 325
s0/0.1
fram int 325
At which point IOS told me where to go as 325 was assigned to s0/0.2
I tried everything. But I couldn't get it to clear this deconfigured
association (v12.3(15b)). A reboot solved this in the end, but is there
another way?
