what would the technical difference be between:
int s0/0
fair-queue
and
int s0/0
frame interface 111
      class frts
map-class frame-relay frts
      frame-relay fair-queue
would the 1st just apply fair-queue to everything under the interface and
the 2nd would do it on a per/DLCI basis?   ....but both accomplish the same
thing?
