Hi Group,
   
  I am looking forward to purchase a Help Desk Software specifically from Cisco Perspective. Currently my organization is using Gemini v 4.0 but I am not feeling comfortable while working with this software.
   
  All I need to have a software with which I can manage my help desk properly.
   
  Any advice will be highly appreciated.
