The answer is yes.
The documentation gives you the basic starting point:
ipv6 unicast-routing
interface tunnel 1
tunnel source ethernet 0
tunnel mode ipv6ip isatap
ipv6 address 2001:0DB8::/64 eui-64
no ipv6 nd suppress-ra
exit
It is good to start here as it reminds you of one of the essential config
elements for ISATAP, that being to re-enable router advertisements,
otherwise autoconfiguration will not work over a tunnel.
Just add appropriate addressing and make sure you configure ipv6 rip cisco
enable or similar on the tunnel interface as well as other participating
interfaces and it works fine.
