Chris,
EF is decimal 46 and binary 101110 in the most significant 6 bits of the TOS
byte.
To get the TOS Byte value, add two more zeros to the end and convert to
decimal as an 8-bit value.
10111000 or 184 decimal

  Subject: Tunnel TOS for IPV6
  Task:
traffic is originating in Area 6 IPV6 OPSF and going to area 25 IPV6 OSPF.
There is an IPV6IP tunnel going through an ipv4 network connecting the two
IPV6 areas. This tunnel is IPV6 area 0. I have the requirement to tagged
all traffic going from area 6 destined for an IPV6 address with DSCP value
EF. Any ideas what the TOS byte should be set to?
