Also, you dont need to set the ip ospf network p-t-p on the loopback to get
them into ospf as a /24.
There is another way.

Remember if something says dont use ip ospf network command on R4, you can
still use it on any other router. Pay specific attention to where you are
not allowed to do something as it usually leads you to a change on the other
router(s).
