 You might need about 4 summary statements to do that:
169.10.0.0 255.255.252.0
169.10.4.0 255.255.254.0
169.10.6.0 255.255.255.0
169.10.8.0 255.255.248.0

If you have the 169.10.6.0 route as a /24 on your routing table and not
anything higher, then you will need only about three summary statements to
accomplish that:

169.10.0.0 255.255.252.0
169.10.4.0 255.255.254.0
169.10.8.0 255.255.248.0
