Absolutely correct.

AFAIK Cisco IOS offers no way of "manual" P-bit clearing, it's always set.

Two known wokrarounds for this issue are "summary..not-advertise"
and "area x nssa no-redistribution". Basically, result is the same,
as with P-bit reset, so it's merely a theoretical qurestion... ;)
