Alex, the mail you received is a from a "well known" spammer, best to ignore
it. We all get them from time to time.
Just a few emails after this one up popped another vendor specific q :-(
Maybe the onus should be on the vendor, to simply reply with "Please direct
these questions to our forum" might do the trick. I know Paul (moderator)
was looking into re-issuing a "rules list" and was after comments, any word
on that?
