        It means that the device 150.1.5.5 will be the RP for all groups
(224.0.0.0/4) except for the 225.0.0.0/8 range. In other words it will
service only 224.0.0.0 - 224.255.255.255 and 226.0.0.0 -
239.255.255.255.
