AFAIK, none of the routers are going away. So same number of routers, twice
as many L3 switches.

The 3550s are definitely staying and they are adding the 3560s, but the big
question is, are they going to have 6 routers in addition to the 4 switches?

Now that is very interesting.

I also wonder about the NN-16ESW Modules and what their role will be if any.

Imagine up to 6 switches in the lab along with 6 routers.

Also think of the possiblities of replacing or adding MPLS in addition to
Frame Relay.

Now throw in a dash of Wireless and we have some interesting new twist.
