Hi Metin,
By only setting the OSPF hello-interval, the dead-interval adjusted
automatically to 4 times the hello-interval, in this scenario;
hello-interval is adjusted to 2 second, it gives us 8 seconds dead-interval
value, and this is lower than 10 seconds :-)
And lastly the task is not asking the total convergence time, or a best
practice solution
