I forgot to mention that I was planning to filter only igmp messages for the ACE entry. Something like
access-list 101 deny igmp host 192.168.0.1 host 239.1.1.1
access-list 101 permit igmp any any
Also, when you say that IGMP profiles can only be applied to switched ports is it a pre-requisite that: igmp snooping be turned ON ?
