Yes - note the command syntax -
switchport voice vlan {vlan-id | dot1p | none | untagged}
You get to choose ONE of the options listed.
To solve your task requirement - it looks like you need to use the
command switchport voice vlan 110. You are still using 802.1p in order
to mark the traffic - but you are doing so inside the scope of 802.1Q.
So I believe you have still met your requirement.
The command switchport voice vlan dot1p causes the switch to use VLAN 0
for the voice traffic - and still mark the priority (802.1p).
