I have seen a bunch of posts on this and have downloaded the latest version,
but I am having trouble finding a good "how to set up" procedure to make it
work. I have a pretty strong PC (3.2 Gig P4, with 2 gig DRAM) and my laptop
as well is built to the hilt, but I am having a tough time understanding
exactly how to set it up..

HELP!!!
