As Brian Dennis pointed out, this was caused by VTP pruning in a 4
switch setup where SW1 is VTP transparent and SW2 is VTP server....

I have dumb questioin: please see the output below, CAT2 has a port in
vlan 30, how come under "show int trun", vlan 30 does not show up in the
"Vlans in spanning tree forwarding state and not pruned
" list?
