Ipv6 2001:2:2:Z::1/64

If it is asked to replace Z in the ipv6 by the 2nd octet of the interface
ipv4 address which is 44.48.44.1

What would be the right answer:

1.
int e0
ip add 44.48.44.1/24
ipv6 add 2001:2:2:48::1/64

or

2.

ip add 44.48.44.1/24
ipv6 add 2001:2:2:3::1/64
