The round trip time to the agent is meaningful when the site where the
Director lives is used by the client to transit data from the data/content
server (living in one of the agent's site). Right ?

The round trip time is not related to the quality of the link between
the data/content server and the client if the Director site is not
used by the data flow, right ?

However, the BGP table downloaded from the agent tells at least
how many AS hops there are from the client to the server. Right ?
