How to speed up Inverse-arp?

Hey GS:

I was wondering if there is any trick to have frame-relay inverse-arp to map
L3 address into L2 addresses in a fast way.

I tried shut no shut, but it still takes at least 10 seconds until it
finally works.
Tried changing keepalive from 10 to 2 seconds, just to see if it would make
any difference. However, correct me if I am wrong, keepalive timer only
affects lmi, not frame-relay inarp.

Any ideas to speed it up?

Then, I am trying to understand the datagram size on the debug output. Is
this something configurable?
