Frame-relay de-group question

Hi All,

        Refer to hyperlink below.

Usage Guidelines
Frame Relay DE group functionality is supported on process-switched
packets only.

Does it mean that I have to turn off cef and fast-swtiching (
no-ip route-cache ).

interface Serial0/0
encapsulation frame-relay
no ip route-cache cef
 no ip route-cache
 frame-relay de-group 1 601

Rack03R6(config-if)#no ip route-cache ?
  cef Enable Cisco Express Forwarding
  flow Enable Flow fast-switching cache
policy Enable fast-switching policy cache for outgoing
packets
same-interface Enable fast-switching on the same interface

Or would it be safer it I use set fr-de? Because this command
has no restriction with switching process. May be this interface must
use cef as ip verify unicast reverse or nbar should be run
simultaneously

policy-map set-de
 class class-default
  set fr-de

int s0/0
service-policy output set-de

Or what I understand is completely wrong. Please help me to
clarify this issue.

Many thanks in advance,
Maruto
