Once you have the not so totally stubby area by
adding the "no-summary" keyword like area 44 nssa no-summary , the ABR of the
area would automatically generate a default route for the other routers inside
the area.

On the other hand , once you have an nssa area , the ABR of the
area would filter LSA 5 s but it would not generate a default route
automatically. In order to have the default route for the rest of the routers
within the nssa area , you originate a default route manually by
"default-information-originate" keyword like area 44 nssa
default-information-originate
