It means you need to use frame map ip [remoteip] [dlci] command.

dynamic mappings are created automatically for you so it's telling you to
disable it
with the 'no frame inverse-arp' command under the serial interface.

it also ask you to use the physical interface so no cheating with creating
point-to-point subinterfaces.
