3560 Image Recovery Possible?

I just erased the entire contents of flash on my 3560 trying to update my
switch with a newer version of an image. My switch locked up and I had to
manually restart it and obviously now it stays in the "safe mode".

 

Is there a way where I can boot up my switch from an image on my TFTP server
the same way I would do it with a router in rommon mode?
