I agree,

I've seen some schools that follow the Cisco CCNP curriculum for Bachelors
degree studies. However they don't give credit if you already have the CCNP.

For CCIE I have not found anything. I've looked since I have people that
work for me who could use the benefit of military tuition assistance to pay
for college and get certified in one shot...Like hitting two birds with one
stone. Thus far I've found only one Bootcamp provider (NetmasterClass) that
takes GIBILL funds since they are certified to provide vocational training.
