My 3 bedroom townhome in lakeridge, VA (PW County) cost me 200k in 2003. it
appraised recently at 356K. Prices are insane, that's why you see lots of
rentals and forclosures around the area. I'm thinking of renting and moving
down a bit (fredricksburg) where I can get more house for the money. Now is
the time to buy, you can make some good deals since prices are dropping.
