Hi Venkat,

I've deployed these features in several networks at this stage. I've
picked this up on Networkers last year. The only issue I had with it is
that not every connection technology can cope with the "carrier-delay
msec 0" I've implemented it on redundant WAN links as well as in Campus
networks which use layer 3 switching.

I've added the dampening command to the interface configuration to
prevent the flapping issue. I had serial links backing up a MAN
connection which where flapping on several occasions.
